What is your return policy for opened items?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, electronics must be in their original packaging with all accessories. A small restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Are your products brand new or refurbished?
Skylabs specializes in brand new, factory-sealed electronics. If an item is certified refurbished, it will be clearly labeled on the product page and undergo a rigorous 50-point inspection.
